Are you a facilitator who holds the latest Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher) with a strong background in behavioural safety leadership, leadership, performance management, culture change etc?

Have you got experience working with blue-chip clients across multiple industries?

Do you have highly developed facilitation skills in leadership and behavioural safety programs and the experience to confidently deliver to online audiences and face-to-face audiences?

Can you travel throughout Australia and New Zealand?

This interesting and varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a broad range of clients, instructional design and customisation of leadership and behavioural safety training programs.

The successful candidate will articulately be able to demonstrate:

  • An established track record in the design, delivery and evaluation of behavioural training and cultural change interventions
  • Understand facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in instructional design for adult learners and intimate knowledge of behavioural change principles
  • Experience in working to a brief and designing quickly yet effectively to that brief
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Understanding of mapping and the VET sector (we offer accredited and non-accredited client solutions)
  • Exceptional communications skills and emotional maturity
  • Capability to influence and effect change in a collaborative way
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

As the ideal candidate, you will have qualifications in adult learning or a relevant social science, hold a current TAE40116 and understand how accredited training works.  With proven experience in building and delivering L&D outcomes, importantly you will have a strong desire to learn, grow and support others doing the same.
