As the ideal candidate, you will have qualifications in adult learning or a relevant social science, hold a current TAE40116 and understand how accredited training works.  With proven experience in building and delivering L&D outcomes, importantly you will have a strong desire to learn, grow and support others doing the same.

LDN provides consultancy and corporate training to blue-chip companies in a range of industries including; finance, construction, retail, government and service industries. Based in our head office in Collingwood, you will be responsible for successfully managing the implementation and follow up of training projects for key clients.

Working closely with the Account Manager, the major portion of your role will include project managing the implementation of accredited and non-accredited Leadership and Safety training for national blue chip clients within the construction, mining and other industries in a range of venues across Australia. The remainder of your role will involve the management and implementation of other learning and development, consulting, instructional design and change programs.

To achieve quality outcomes within your role you will ensure excellent end-to-end project management including;

  • Achieving quality project delivery and outcomes within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Coordinating the internal development of high quality resources and training materials to meet client and RTO compliance requirements.
  • Scheduling project delivery involving facilitators, clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring projects and reporting on status and potential risks to project delivery and budget to internal management.
  • Establishing and maintaining open and effective communication channels that support a strong client relationship.
  • Developing and maintaining open communication with internal and external facilitators.
  • Ensuring clients’ needs are closely monitored and any information that could impact the relationship is communicated to the Account Manager.
  • Ensuring project and client information is accurately maintained within internal computer reporting systems.
  • Reviewing projects, obtaining feedback on project content and delivery and preparing monthly reports for management and clients.
  • Contributing to support the continuous improvement of policies and processes in line with RTO compliance.

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to communicate with blue chip, corporate clients and individual consumers in a professional manner, have a strong customer service approach to your work and take initiative. You will have solid organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. You must be a person able to anticipate and manage risk to ensure your projects run successfully. Experience in project management in learning and development or corporate training environment will be highly regarded. Yet candidates who can display a history of excellent time management and successfully managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines in another industry are also encouraged to apply.
