LDN’s CEO Melissa Williams gains global recognition for an Australian leader, redefining what effective workplace learning looks like.
Learning Dimensions Network (LDN) is proud to announce that CEO and Lead Instructional Designer Melissa Williams has been awarded Gold for the 2026 International Learning or Training Professional of the Year at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers.
The Stevie® Awards for Great Employers acknowledge organisations and professionals from around the world who are advancing workplace excellence through leadership, learning and people development.
The award recognises Melissa’s decades of transforming technical experts into confident leaders, building high-performing teams, and designing learning that delivers measurable workplace outcomes.
This is Melissa’s second consecutive international Gold Stevie® Award. In 2025, she was recognised in New York as International Woman of the Year in Adult Education, making her one of the few Australian learning professionals to receive international recognition in consecutive years. The win also provides further independent recognition of LDN and its approach to workplace learning and training.
