LDN’s CEO Melissa Williams gains global recognition for an Australian leader redefining what effective workplace learning looks like.
Learning Dimensions Network (LDN) is proud to announce that CEO and Lead Instructional Designer Melissa Williams has been awarded Gold for the 2026 International Learning or Training Professional of the Year at Stevie® Awards for Great Employers.
The award recognises Melissa’s decades of transforming technical experts into confident leaders, building high-performing teams, and designing learning that delivers measurable workplace outcomes.
This is Melissa’s second consecutive international Gold Stevie® Award, as in 2025 she was recognised in New York as International Woman of the Year in Adult Education, making her one of the few Australian learning professionals to receive global recognition across consecutive years and also marks further independent international recognition of LDN and their approach to learning and training solutions.
The Stevie® Awards for Great Employers recognise organisations and professionals from around the world who are advancing workplace excellence through leadership, learning and people development. On being notified of her win, Melissa said,
