The 11045NAT Certificate IV in Safety Leadership is more than a qualification – it is a catalyst for building a safety culture where people go home safe every day because leaders lead with clarity, courage and consistency.

Designed for those in high-risk or safety-critical roles, this program equips managers, frontline leaders and emerging safety champions with the capability to move beyond compliance and actively shape the beliefs, behaviours and decisions that make safety real. Participants learn how to align organisational values with day-to-day actions and build workplaces where safety is embedded in what people do every day.

This award-winning program structure is based on the research of the Cooperative Research Centre for Construction Innovation and endorsed by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner. It has been deemed by industry as a benchmark for all leaders who hold a safety critical position.
