LDN has been awarded a Silver Globee® Award for Excellence for Delivering Australia’s largest infrastructure projects The LDN Way.
The International Globee® Awards for Excellence honour organisations that set high standards in performance, leadership, innovation and impact.
The win marks LDN’s first award for 2026, following 10 award wins in 2025 and continued acknowledgement of our work in leadership, safety and workplace learning.
This latest award celebrates The LDN Way, our proprietary instructional design and training delivery methodology. It combines structure, practical application, relevance and emotionally intelligent facilitation to make complex concepts simple, relevant and usable at work.
We have applied The LDN Way across major projects and organisations including Webuild’s Safety Builders program, Major Road Projects Victoria’s Civil Construction Safety Cadetship, customised leadership programs for Downer Group, Cleanaway and Nufarm, and leadership training for a major NSW Government Department.
Participant feedback also shows the practical impact of this approach, with learners reporting that after the training they had greater confidence, stronger leadership capability and the ability to apply their learning directly in real workplace settings.
